Our Story

At Ariel Hospice, our story is rooted in compassion, dignity, and a deep commitment to walking alongside families during life’s most tender moments. Founded with the belief that every person deserves comfort, respect, and personalized care at the end of life, we are honored to serve our community with a heart-first approach. From skilled medical support to emotional and spiritual care, our dedicated team embraces the whole person and their loved ones—offering peace, guidance, and presence every step of the way. We are more than caregivers; we are companions on the journey, here to ensure each moment is filled with meaning, comfort, and love.

Our Team 

Medical Director

Leads and approves each patient’s plan of care in collaboration with the hospice team. Serves as a trusted resource to the attending physician, patient, and care team, ensuring the highest standard of care.

Hospice Aide

Delivers hands-on assistance with daily personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and meal support. Also provides gentle housekeeping and comfort-focused routines to ensure comfort and dignity.

Skilled Nurse

Monitor the patient’s condition through regular assessments and compassionate communication. They manage symptoms, review treatment history, and provide expert clinical care focused on comfort and quality of life.

Chaplain & Beareavement

Offers spiritual guidance and emotional care tailored to each family’s beliefs and traditions. Supports patients and loved ones through grief, remembrance, and healing.

Medical Social Worker

Provides emotional and practical support to patients and families. Assists with accessing services, navigating complex needs, and strengthening coping skills during this meaningful time

Volunteer Services
 

​Trained volunteers offer companionship and provide short periods of relief for caregivers—ensuring moments of rest and peace of mind for those supporting their loved one.

Each nurse brings not only skill, but a deep sense of calling to this sacred work—offering comfort, guidance, and dignity during life’s most tender moments. Whether managing symptoms, answering late-night calls, or simply holding a hand in silence, our nurses serve with grace and love. They are the steady presence families can trust, and the reason so many feel seen, heard, and supported through every step of the journey.
